Gambro is a global medical technology company and a leader in developing, manufacturing and supplying products and therapies for Kidney and Liver dialysis, Myeloma Kidney Therapy, and other extracorporeal therapies for Chronic and Acute patients. Gambro was founded in 1964 and has today 7500 employees, 13 production facilities in nine countries, and sales in more than 100 countries.At the manufacturing site in Hechingen, Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH with its branch Gambro Kathetertechnik Hechingen, we produce artificial kidneys (dialyzers) and vascular access (catheters) for dialysis therapy. Hechingen is home of one of Gambro`s research and development departments where we investigate and develop innovative membranes and therapies. Furthermore a logistics and distribution centre is located here which supplies Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Benelux and the United Kingdom with all Gambro products.
