In January 2003 the leading Rawmaterial (Forging) Company ERNST DINGER was aquired to ensure the continuing and independence of Egon Faulhaber in the future.
The Company is wholly owned by the family Faulhaber and is carried on by the founder Egon Faulhaber, and as well by his son Karsten.
